Dale Prince, President & CEO

In addition to his position as President & CEO with Wind River Trust Company, Dale is President and CEO of the Drumore LLC family office and a principal in Evergreen Family Office Solutions, LLC. He is the former Executive Director of the Family Office at UBS Trust Company NA. At UBS, Dale was responsible for the overall management of its Family Office and the wealth management services it provided to its clients, including working personally with families with a wide range of business, philanthropic and multi-generational interests. At UBS, Dale and his team typically focused on core trust and foundation administration, private philanthropy, family business consulting, family governance, generational mentoring, conflict resolution, succession planning, income and transfer tax planning, risk management and investment oversight.

Dale has over 25 years of experience in the areas of estate planning, wealth management, fiduciary law, trust and estate administration, and business structure and operation, focused on the unique issues experienced by families of significant wealth.  He was a founding member of Bradford Trust Company and served as its Chief Legal Counsel and its President. He was a partner in J.C. Bradford & Co., and served as the Director of Bradford Planning Services, Partner-in-Charge of Bradford Retirement Services and as a member of the Senior Audit Committee. Prior to Bradford Trust, Dale served as a state Chief District Judge in Kentucky, presiding over numerous cases involving estate probate, trust-related litigation, guardianship proceedings and other civil matters. His first legal position was in the private practice of law, concentrating in the areas of estate planning, fiduciary administration, corporate law and banking law.

Dale received his law degree from the University Of Tennessee Lawson College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and completed the Vanderbilt Owen School of Business Executive Leadership Program. He served in the United States Air Force as a Russian language specialist. Dale has worked with the legislatures, judiciaries and banking departments of Kentucky and Tennessee to develop and implement laws dealing with stricter drunk driving penalties and treatment, protection of the legal rights of the mentally impaired and modernization of the trust and interstate banking laws.
